One is addition the other is multiplication.
One is one magnetic personality drawing people. The other is movement that involves every member of the community.
To see this type of movement in our churches we need to lower the bar on who can "do church" (not only professionals) and what it looks like. And raise the bar on what it means to be a disciple of Jesus Christ.

I completely agree. Not everyone is going to walk in a church so it is up to us to tear down the walls and go to people and reach them, and they will then share the good news with others and so on
